Du bist Video-Allrounder:in mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und hast Spaß daran, spannende Event- und Bildungsinhalte durch den Einsatz moderner Tools – einschließlich KI-gestützter Workflows – mitzugestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. In dieser Rolle verantwortest du vor allem die Postproduktion unserer Event- und Content-Formate inklusive Motion Design. Deine Verantwortung

  • Produktion von Bewegtbild- und Audioformaten mit spannendem Content aus Politik, Kommunikation & Bildung – von Referent:innen-Interviews über Kongress bis hin zu Weiterbildungs- und Netzwerkformaten.
  • Erstellung von audiovisuellem Content wie Opener, Einspieler, Nominee-Filme und Imagevideos für unsere Kongresse, Awards und Tagungen
  • Produktion von Podcasts in unserem modernen, hauseigenem Podcast Studio
  • Drehen, Schneiden und Vertonen von Eventaufzeichnungen
  • Organisation, Ablaufplanung und Durchführung von Drehs vor Ort
  • Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Workflows zur Optimierung z.B. von Postproduktion, Untertitelung, Audioverbesserung oder Motion Design
  • Video- und Soundrecherche sowie Verwaltung und Pflege des Videoarchivs


Deine Skills

  • Souveräner Umgang mit Videobearbeitungssoftware (z. B. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kamera-, Licht- und Audio-Equipment
  • Kenntnisse bezüglich KI-gestützten Videotools und neuen Technologien im Bewegtbildbereich sowie Interesse, diese einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Leidenschaft für Storytelling und Freude daran, Business-Inhalte audiovisuell kreativ zu gestalten
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Motion Design von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und sichere Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
