About the Job

Taulia is searching for a personable and engaged Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent and People Operations team. As a member of this team, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team to source, coordinate, and onboard candidates. We are looking for someone who works with compassion and integrity to help grow the Taulia organization. Clear communication and a sense of urgency are crucial to being effective in this role. Our job is to ensure candidates enjoy their interview process, understanding each step while having fun along the way. Internship Details

  • Start Date: May 25, 2026

  • Application Deadline: April 17, 2026

  • Length of Internship: 3 months

  • Monday - Friday: 40 hours per week

  • Compensation: $25 per hour (set rate)

  • Location: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid

 

Internship Process

  • 25-minute - Talent Acquisition Screen

  • 30-minute - Hiring Manager Screen

  • 30-minute - Final Interview | Team Member(s) Interview

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing new talent and nurturing existing talent channels.

  • Assist the TA team with utilizing and exploring AI tools across the recruitment life cycle to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

  • Support social media and employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent and showcase Taulia's culture.

  • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition to evaluate processes and make efficient changes when appropriate.

  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager.

  • Schedule follow-up rounds and onsite interviews.

  • Process background checks and support candidate reference checks.

  • Support various people operations projects within the human resources functions.

  • Research the competitive landscape, recruiting landscape, and new campaigns.

  • Assist Talent and People Operations with supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives internally and externally.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn and a natural curiosity about processes, concepts, and people.

  • Collaborative work style and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time proficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

  • A "team player" attitude with a focus on creativity and innovation.
