Project title: dry etch process development
Project description:
Objective is to carry out experiments to evaluate opportunities for process time reduction, material cost reduction and process variation reduction.
Project Scope:
Understand the basics of dry etch processes and hardware fundamentals.
Learn one dry etch application at Micron.
Understand how to characterize the process and how dry etch process vectors/knobs impact the patterning on the product.
Deliverable
Optimize existing process to reduce process time/cost/variation
Skillset: good communication, presentation skill, team player
Course of interest: physics, chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical engineering
Duration period: 6 months
