About the Role

Description

  • Develop 360 presentation for each new launch to recap all available Marketing tools for affiliates
  • Follow up on all affiliates launch tools (sampling, GWP, POSM)
  • Benchmark competitive makeup brand and trends on social media Affiliates marketing coordination
  • Daily support for Affiliates (visuals, marketing tools, presentations, etc) Business development
  • Consolidate monthly sales performance and distribution rollout by country
  • Follow up on stock level
  • Support manager in preparing presentations & business meetings (with clients, business partners, distributors, affiliates)

Qualifications

The successful candidate will ideally have a marketing/business background and currently be in their final year of studies. They will demonstrate initiative and work relatively autonomously, without the need to be directed in minute detail every day.

They will be a conscientious team player, enjoy working to deadlines and effectively communicating with people at all levels. Excellent organisational and analytical skills are essential in addition to being proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

This role would appeal most to candidates who would enjoy working in a small, friendly office. Fluent in English with some exposure to the beauty, fashion or consumer goods industry will be much appreciated.
