Job Description

Opportunities & Exposure 

Lead Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns 

Take ownership of one to two Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns (internship project with benefits), under the supervision of the SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and Assistant Ecommerce Manager. 

Support Brand Loyalty (CRM) Initiatives 

Assist the Ecommerce team in strengthening brand loyalty and engagement through collaboration with retailers. 

Brand Consistency Management 

Monitor and uphold brand consistency across digital and Ecommerce platforms alongside with local market Digital and Ecommerce Leads. Direct manage creative briefs for SGMY markets. 

Lazada Feed Social Content 

Assist in managing the Lazada Feed Social Calendar, including the selection of creative assets and development of engaging captions. 

Competitor Analysis 

Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities. Present insights and actionable recommendations to the Ecommerce team to support Sephora and Lazada channel growth. 

Marketing 360° campaign Support 

Contribute to marketing 360° planning and execution, work alongside with SEA Marketing team on below function support: 

  • PR launch events 
  • Digital marketing campaigns 
  • Trade marketing initiatives 

Ad-hoc and Administrative Support 

Provide additional support and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the SEA Senior Marketing Manager, SEA PR & Digital Manager, and SEA Assistant Ecommerce Manager. 

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Able to commit from Jun/Jul 2026 to Dec 2026 on full time basis 

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 

  • Social and digital savvy 

  • Must have the competency to develop/edit/create actual creative digital content  

  • Confident, enthusiastic, passionate and energetic 

  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Highly creative, has the ability to think out of the box, can challenge status quo
