Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of The Ascott Limited’s new wellness‑focused brand for active aging, with hands‑on experience in building brand infrastructure, SOP development, and relevant technology evaluation
  • Work closely with colleagues across different functions to ensure alignment of the new brand
  • Support brand launch activities, including pre‑launch and event‑related preparation
  • Coordinate regional meetings, developing exposure to cross‑market communication and collaboration
  • Conduct research and collaborate with external stakeholders to co‑create thought leadership articles  
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and contribute ideas that help shape business and brand strategies
  • Support ad‑hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business management, healthcare, gerontology, hospitality, sociology or related field
  • Inquisitive, creative and ability to cope with ambiguity
  • A self-starter and enjoys co-creating new guidelines and processes
  • Strong research and reasoning skills, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous individual with strong written and verbal communications skills
