Job Description
- Process monthly warranty claims, including encoding, checking, and payment to the ASC/ASD
- Monitor original invoices and follow-up monthly reports from the ASC/ASD
- Update the ASA and KUM dashboard
- Reach out to survey detractors to understand the specific reasons they encountered issues
- Other task that maybe assign from time to time
Qualifications
- Flexible go-getter available to start in the first week of March 2026, ready to work 4 times a week
- Prepared for a minimum 500-hour internship commitment
