About the Role

As an intern with the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will support high-priority projects in Talent Management, Culture, and HR Policy. This role offers exposure to strategic HR initiatives within a fast-paced health-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Complete onboarding and understand Amplify Health’s culture and HR processes. 

  • Shadow P&C Team members to learn workflows and provide support across talent and culture programs. 

 

Talent 

  • Building a library of core and technical capabilities and skills to support career growth pathways for managers and specialists. 

  • Contribute to talent development projects, such as creating learning resources and career pathways. 

  • Support the review of the company’s onboarding process and journey, researching and assessing content and relevance for new joiners and provide insights to enhance onboarding experience from their first-day, 30-day, and 60-day journey. 

 

People Operations 

  • Assist in P&C operations, including documentation, policy updates, onboarding, documentation, and policy updates. 

  • Assisting in developing, updating, and reviewing “People Knowledge Hub” microsite for employees (policies, guides, organisational charts, learning resources, and FAQs). 

  • Help maintain HR data accuracy in systems. 

  • Research and recommend best practices in HR technology and employee experience.

What We Are Looking For 

Experience and Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus. 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills. 

  • Strong research skills, including ability to gather and synthesise information, analyse and summarise findings. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 

  • Strong ethics with the ability to exhibit professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
