What you do
You’ll be an integral part of the deal team, supporting transactions through:

  • Building and updating detailed financial models, including projections and sensitivity analyses.

  • Preparing materials for investment committees, including memos and deal summaries.

  • Conducting in-depth research on industries and companies to support investment decisions.

  • Assisting in identifying new investment opportunities through market research.

  • Monitoring the performance of existing investments through financial reviews.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated academic excellence

  • Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.

  • Possess a strong foundation in financial analysis and modelling.

  • Intellectually curious, driven, and with excellent written communication skills.

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

  • Practical experience in structuring and executing mezzanine financing transactions.

  • Enhanced financial modelling and valuation skills.

  • Exposure to the full deal lifecycle, from origination to monitoring.
