About the Role

Custody and Complex Operations Team

  • Responsible for assisting Proxy Teams processing of custody clients Voting.   

  • The Proxy Team ensures distribution of meeting notification through Vote Confirmation for all Clients holdings.   

  • This will include monitoring of vote submission , confirmation of voting, meeting documentation, and Client inquiries.     

  • Assisting with the processing Clients Power of Attorney documents, monitoring vendor meeting creation and voting are completed accurately and timely. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelors

  • Attention to detail and organization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Team oriented and capable of working in a global setting

  • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint working knowledge

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
