Brand Marketing Internship

O.C. Tanner develops employee recognition and reward solutions for thousands of clients worldwide that help people thrive at work.

As part of that purpose, O.C. Tanner’s brand marketing creative team has a copywriting internship that offers hands-on work and meaningful projects, 1-on-1 mentoring, and collaboration with staff members across other departments.

Areas of work may include:

  • Brand development
  • Content creation
  • Social media
  • Web pages
  • Marketing strategy

Eligibility:

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, be enrolled in an accredited educational program, and complete an application and interview.

Duration:

Full-time internships (averaging 30 hours or more each week) last a maximum of 12 weeks. Part-time internships (averaging 29 hours or less each week) may last up to 6 months.

Drug/Background Screening:

Interns are required to participate in the screening process prior to starting.

Onboarding:

Interns must participate in the company onboarding process and follow the same standards, policies, and procedures as other workers.

Performance Review:

At the conclusion of the internship, interns will receive a written evaluation during a discussion of their performance with their supervisor. This should satisfy most requirements for course credit at the intern’s educational institution.
