Job Description Summary

Job Description

The intern will support laboratory research by preparing LNP-mRNA vaccines, including DNA plasmid linearization, in vitro transcription, and mRNA purification, as well as evaluating mRNA translation in cultured cells using Western blotting, ELISA, and flow cytometry. Responsibilities include assisting with experimental setup, data collection, and data analysis under the guidance of senior researchers. Additional duties may involve maintaining accurate laboratory records, preparing reagents, and ensuring compliance with established laboratory protocols. This role offers hands-on experience in molecular biology workflows and exposure to cutting-edge research methodologies.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level.
