Work Period: September 2026 to December 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position in Needham, MA. Schedule options are: two 8-hour days onsite, three 5-hour days onsite, two 5-hour days onsite with one 5-hour day remote, one 8-hour day onsite with one 5-hour day remote, or two 5-hour days onsite. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: The Strategic Planning Operations (SPO) team are world class communicators that are part of the SharkNinja Strategic Sales and Analytics (SS&A) team.  The SS&A team is responsible to report on the health of the business, identify market opportunities, and develop the assortment strategies across each of SharkNinja’s categories.  The SPO team efficiently drives the monthly operating model of SS&A.  The SPO Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that weekly and monthly actions that support the Operating model are flawlessly executed.  In this role you will learn to look for the smoke and light up targets around the health of the business, category, and market opportunities. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated team member who will learn to operate with urgency, escalate risks to management and drive resolutions.  This role reports to the Sr. Director, Strategic Planning Operations.  

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Collaborates with other functions to actively facilitate the interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that products are winning in the market
  • Ensure the success of weekly cross-functional meetings designed to quickly identify risks to performance, driving team accountability to actions & tactics required to course correct 
  • Identify weekly and monthly deliverables to the SS&A teams
  • Identify areas for improvement and leverage insights from other regions to drive optimizations to the Monthly operating model.   
  • Tracks SS&A strategy readiness for new product launches.
  • Establish global best practices and document in playbooks 

 ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program
  • Must be able to work a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week schedule with at least 1 day per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Must have advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of how to create pivot tables
  • Project Management, Business, or Analytics major preferred
  • Interest in some combination of commercialization, sales analytics, new product launches or program management
  • Assertive, confident, capable
  • Written, verbal and communication skills. 
  • Possess a strong bias to action and accountability
  • Knowledge of MS Project (or similar), Excel, PPT, Visio, SmartSheet
  • High energy, with a positive attitude
  • Detail oriented

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
