About the Role


About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across key HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. You’ll work closely with our HR team and gain insight into how people operations drive business success.

What You’ll Do

  • Support recruiting efforts by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire documentation and orientation coordination
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Assist with HR projects, reporting, and process improvements
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship, campus involvement, or relevant coursework in HR
  • Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
