About the Role

Job Purpose and Impact

El área de Mantenimiento dentro de Operaciones es responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y correcto funcionamiento de los activos productivos. A través de la gestión de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, así como el control de repuestos y análisis de fallas, el equipo contribuye a la continuidad operativa y eficiencia del negocio.

Key Accountabilities

Entre las funciones a desempeñarpor el/la Pasante pueden estar algunas de las siguientes:

  • Apoyar en el análisis y gestión de activos, incluyendo información en sistemas de mantenimiento (SAP PM u otros).
  • Participar en procesos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de repuestos, inventarios y obsolescencia.
  • Colaborar en el análisis de fallas y oportunidades de mejora en equipos.
  • Apoyar en la actualización de información técnica y registros de mantenimiento.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora en la confiabilidad de los equipos.

Qualifications

  • Estudiante activo de carreras como ingeniería mecánica, industrial, eléctrica o afines.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar la pasantía.
  • Interés en mantenimiento industrial y gestión de activos.
  • Habilidades analíticas y orientación al detalle.
  • Manejo de Excel (deseable conocimiento en sistemas de mantenimiento).
  • Inglés Intermedio (deseable).
