License and Compliance Intern

As a License Compliance Intern, you will work closely with our customers and sales teams to help ensure that Boomi customers are adhering to their license agreements and royalty contracts. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in compliance processes and initiatives within a dynamic business environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the license and compliance audits to effectively meet customer needs, prioritize tasks, and integrate with other company-wide systems.
  • Explore and analyze real business data and situations related to our customers.
  • Assist in qualifying, validating, and confirming compliance assessments related to customers, and collaborate with the sales team to find resolutions.
  • Analyze the current organizational structure and participation of related companies to understand ownership change requests.
  • Collaborate with sales account executives to identify opportunities for assisting them in achieving compliance.
  • Verify existing license terms and assist in providing compliance assessments.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance and audit processes while contributing to the success of Boomi's License Compliance initiatives.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate of pay will range from CAD $17.40 - CAD $25 / Hour. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
