Continuous Improvement Intern

Job Description:

Huntsman Global Business Services (GBS) KL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and Automation Week activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement, survey design, and global collaboration, contributing to Huntsman’s digital and operational transformation journey.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the setup, rollout, and monitoring of the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey for CI initiatives.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of CI/Automation Week activities in collaboration with teams in KL and Poland.
• Work closely with the CI team to prepare materials, track participation, and consolidate feedback.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing related to CI and Automation projects.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor and/or leaders

Minimum Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants

• Familiarity with survey tools, process improvement concepts, or automation technologies is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Able to commit to the full internship duration for a minimum period of 6 months.
