About the Role

Company Description

We are a Bosch company but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world. Put simply: We take over some operations from other companies and run these for them, allowing them to focus on their core business.

We complement any product with a solid service delivered 24/7 across all channels or design new service models, optimally fitted to the needs of end-customers. We ensure that each interaction with end-users is as smooth and efficient as possible, so that products or brands leave a lasting positive impression.

As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

Job Description

At Bosch Service Solutions, we believe Talent Acquisition is not just about filling roles — it’s about changing lives. One conversation, one interview, one opportunity can shape someone’s entire career path.

We’re looking for an International Recruitment Intern who feels that calling.

Someone who enjoys building genuine connections, who naturally makes others feel comfortable and seen, and who finds real satisfaction in helping people take the next step in their journey.

If you’re the kind of person who brings positive energy into a room, enjoys being surrounded by people from different cultures, and approaches challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset — you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

You’ll join our international Talent Acquisition team and support the full recruitment journey — from first contact with candidates to onboarding — helping us create meaningful experiences along the way.

You won’t just “support processes.” You’ll help orchestrate opportunities.

What will you do:

  • Build a candidate-centric experience, making every interaction meaningful, respectful, and positive — from first contact to onboarding
  • Connect with international candidates through conversations and interviews, creating real relationships (not just “screenings”)
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, understanding their needs and turning them into your biggest fans through great collaboration and support
  • Help find smart, creative solutions to Talent Acquisition challenges — because no two roles (or candidates) are the same
  • Support and coordinate interviews, role plays, and hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for everyone involved
  • Actively contribute to promoting our unique culture, mission, and Bosch values, helping candidates understand what makes us different
  • Support initiatives that foster diversity, inclusion, and gender equality, ensuring fairness and equal opportunity throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure data protection and legal compliance are respected in all recruitment activities
  • Manage job postings and explore ways to improve their visibility and effectiveness
  • Contribute to onboarding and employee experience activities, helping new joiners feel welcomed from day one

We know this role comes with responsibility — and we make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

You’ll receive a personalized learning plan, continuous feedback, and hands-on experience in an international environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.

Qualifications

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • You’re available for a full-time internship (6 months)
  • You’re fluent in English; additional languages like German or Spanish are a big plus
  • You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and building meaningful relationships
  • You have a natural ability to make others feel comfortable, heard, and valued
  • You bring a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy spreading good energy in a team
  • You’re curious and like to find solutions, especially when things don’t go as planned
  • You’re adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • You care about doing things the right way — respecting fairness, inclusion, and confidentiality
  • Candidates must hold a NIE number before starting their internship.Candidates must be able to provide an internship agreement with their university and a valid accident insurance.
  • Sponsorship for employment visas, even for NIE numbers for Europeans, will not be awarded. Once admitted, candidates must obtain a Spanish NIE number. Obtaining a NIE number might require candidates to travel to Spain before their internship starts.

What we offer:

  • Real ownership from day one – you won’t be “just an intern.” You’ll take responsibility for real vacancies and projects, and see the impact of your work from the start
  • A truly international environment, working with colleagues from 24+ nationalities and gaining exposure to global recruitment
  • The chance to grow fast, with hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and space to take initiative
  • A fun, supportive, and people-first team where your ideas are heard and your personality matters
  • The flexibility of working from home, while staying closely connected to your team and daily activities
  • A monthly internship allowance of 800€ gross
