The Opportunity
Embark on a journey to understand and contribute to transformative Strategic People Initiatives, with opportunities to support areas such as:

Employee Engagement & Change Communications: Co-create compelling communications and presentations that drive awareness, engagement, and alignment across initiatives.

  • Key Talent & Learning Initiatives: Assist in shaping and implementing impactful programs like the Key Talent Program and RSS learning experiences, helping us build a future-ready and empowered workforce.

  • Employee Voice & Experience: Help us better understand how people feel and what they need through initiatives like Employee Circles and engagement survey insights.

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Bring your tech-savviness or creative mindset to co-design innovative, people-centered solutions. Experience with G-Suite, design tools, or automation platforms is a plus.

  • Additional Support: Pitch in on a variety of initiatives and support tasks to keep our momentum going—your contributions will help shape real outcomes.


We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is enrolled to a Hungarian University and able to work at least 20 hours/week

  • Is Curious: You enjoy exploring new ideas, rethinking how things are done, and turning creativity into action.

  • Thrives on Creativity: Whether you’re a wordsmith, social media enthusiast, digital design talent, or video creator, we value your flair for making ideas come alive.

  • Values Collaboration: You love working in a team, value diverse perspectives, and take ownership of your contributions.

  • Communicates with Impact: You express yourself clearly and confidently in English—both in writing and in conversation.

  • Is Driven and Proactive: You’re self-motivated, take initiative, and approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.

  • Has PR or Event Management Savvy: Experience or interest in public relations or event planning is a big plus.

  • Is Ready to Commit: We’re looking for someone available for at least 6 months, ideally a year, to make the most of this experience and contribute meaningfully.
