Votre mission :

En tant qu’alternant(e) Amélioration Continue, vous participerez activement à la vie de l’équipe et aux projets du service.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Piloter la démarche 5S
  • Former à la bonne utilisation des indicateurs de production
  • Améliorer la culture lean d’usine
  • Accompagner les team leaders et production leaders dans la résolution des problèmes 

Le profil que nous recherchons

Vous préparez une formation en management international, logistique et management ou ingénieur industriel et cherchez une expérience dans le secteur industriel et/ou les environnements techniques.

Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes :

  • esprit d’équipe
  • envie d’apprendre
  • sens de l’initiative

Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais (lecture et rédaction de documents de travail, échanges téléphoniques, préparation de présentations…).
