About the department 

The Sustainability Team develops and delivers the sustainable investing strategy for Fixed Income. The team works closely with ESG analysts, portfolio managers, and other partners to integrate sustainability into investment decisions. It is a collaborative, analytical environment where interns gain practical experience, technical skills, and insight into sustainable finance at a leading global asset manager.

How you will add value 


You will collect standardized impact data and maintain sustainability documentation.
You will run Environmental, Social, and Governance analyses using internal and external tools.
You will contribute to research on sustainability topics by reviewing materials, identifying key insights, and summarizing findings.
You will assist in preparing materials for company engagement meetings and capturing key takeaways.
You will support smooth day-to-day functioning of the team.


What will help you be successful in this role 

Experience
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainable finance careers.

Education & Certifications
• Studies in sustainability, finance, environmental sciences, or other relevant fields.

Language
• Fluent English, spoken and written is a must.

Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of global business partners.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to data tools or programming is a plus but not required.
