JOB PURPOSE: 

Find your purpose at TMICC. You will lead innovations, big and small, that will make our business win and grow. You will learn from brilliant business leaders and colleagues in a truly global and diverse culture to ultimately become a better you.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Encourage innovative thinking and strategies throughout all Algida team. 

  • Track all local and global competitors and trends to create new innovation ideas for the business. 

  • Lead our asset bank & creativity agendas with disruptive solutions. 

  • Identify improvement areas in our current products and processes. 

  • We’re always looking for passionate, creative, and innately curious people to join our team! 

  

If you are:   

  • Hungry to learn and curious 

  • A dot connector: You have the unique ability to think differently and pull the big picture and small details all together clearly 

  • Digital Savvy, forward thinker, future obsessed 

  • 4th grade at bachelor’s degree or master’s degree. 

  • Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week
