About the Role

Step into the world of fragrance innovation with Takasago. As one of the world’s leading producers of flavors, fragrances, aroma ingredients, and fine chemicals, we’re inviting motivated students to join our Sales Coordination Team and gain meaningful experience at the intersection of creativity and commerce.

Internship Overview

This internship provides an exciting introduction to fragrance industry operations through hands-on collaboration with our Sales Coordination team. You’ll assist with day-to-day administrative and operational activities, helping streamline workflows that support both internal teams and high-profile clients. From organizing documents to mapping key sales processes, you’ll contribute to projects that keep our business moving and our customers inspired.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented, collaborative individuals eager to build a strong foundation in sales operations, project coordination, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the Sales Coordination team through administrative and operational assistance.
  • Print and organize regulatory documentation, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate sample orders and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain workflow documentation outlining standard processes.
  • Capture and document customer-specific variations, particularly for Key Account and NY Gallery customers.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Genuine interest in the fragrance, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
