We are looking for people who are passionate and looking to:
- Understand what it takes to work in a creative agency – the ins, outs, and surprises that come along the way
- Get real-life hands-on experience and contribute to providing solutions for our clients’ business objectives
- Partner with a team to take on a project, uncover the primary business problem, and pitch a strategic solution
- Sharpen communication and presentation skills – there’s a ton of learning that happens, and opportunities for you to practice
- Ideate, innovate, and ask questions – we move at a fast pace, and want to make sure you are along for the ride
Responsibilities
Upon joining, you’ll be assigned to a home team and department, but you’ll also get a chance to connect with others to gain a full understanding of how we work. Below is a list of our departments for reference:
ACCOUNT SERVICES: The Account Services department is the hub of both internal and external relationships on behalf of the agency. They oversee the project from beginning to activation. Problem solving, proficient communication, and presentation skills are needed.
INSIGHTS & STRATEGY: The Insights & Strategy department is the voice of the consumer in the work that the agency creates. An ability to identify what is an insight (versus merely interesting) is at the core of the work the I&S team does. I&S requires the ability to discern what’s important and meaningful from large datasets, have persuasive and empathetic presentation skills, and above all, an innate sense of curiosity about how people engage with brands. They also figure out what makes people tick by collecting information and studying and examining consumer behavior. Previous research experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to interpret datasets are preferred.
CREATIVE: The Creative department is responsible for coming up with the big ideas to create ground-breaking, tech-forward activations for our clients. Art direction/design or copywriting backgrounds are required and brand experience is preferred. Our Designers create physical experiences to bring brands to life. Adobe Suite or Figma are essential. Our Production team ensures all live event projects are as organized and creative as possible by providing budgets and schedules to turn our ideas into realities. Strong organizational and communication skills are needed.
INTEGRATED MEDIA & DATA: The Integrated Media & Data department focuses on delivering the right message at the right time. The media planning discipline identifies preferred media channels (TV, Digital, Out of Home, Print, Audio/Radio, Social, etc.) among our target audience. The media buying discipline involves resources, market insight and personal relationships to negotiate and purchase media space, ultimately delivering the most relevant ads to our customers. An ability to use resources in building a recommendation that meets goals and to present ideas in a compelling way are key to an effective media recommendation. An interest in media/advertising trends and journalism as well as skills in Google Sheets and Slides are helpful in exploring a career in media.
The core driver behind planning and executing traditional and digital media campaigns lies within the data that informs the campaigns and data that is collected as a result. Understanding customer motivations, behaviors and media usage will play a big role in success as well as the ability to analyze data to uncover strategic insights and recommendations.

Agency Values
The following characteristics are expected of each employee of the agency regardless of role or responsibility:
- GRIT. Fall seven times, get up eight.
- CURIOUS. Follow that hunch with unbridled passion.
- PROVOCATIVE. When it comes to moving a piano, never grab the sheet music.

- UNCOMPROMISING. What you do when no one is watching is really who you are.
- UNFORGETTABLE. What about you, your character, your personality - sticks?
