Job Summary:

The Lean Intern will support Belden Suzhou's Lean operation system running, assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.

You will make an impact in the following way:

  • Assist the Senior Lean Manager in sustaining and enhancing the Lean Daily Management System within the plant.
  • Assist the Senior Lean Manager in implementing Kaizen activities.
  • Promote 5S implementation, organize regular audits to drive continuous improvement in 5S levels across all departments.
  • Collect data on changeover processes, spot improvement areas.
  • Gather OEE data from production lines accurately. Help analyze data, find trends & prepare simple reports.
  • Aid in implementing the employee rationalization suggestion system. Encourage employee participation, and work out monthly report.
  • Other task assigned by line manager.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Possess strong teamwork spirit and communication abilities, with a proactive attitude.
