Join the 2026 FIS University Summer Internship Program! 

 

As a 2026 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 1, 2026, and conclude on August 7, 2026.  

 

About The Team  

FIS powers the systems that move money across the global economy. Within FIS, the IBS Core and Regional Core banking solutions team supports the missioncritical systems used by financial institutions across the United States. As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll support Product management and business operations, data reporting, and strategic initiatives that help improve how these core banking platforms operate and scale. You’ll work closely with business operations and product leaders to turn data into insights, strengthen reporting, and support initiatives that improve execution and decisionmaking

 

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Support product management and business operations activities related to core banking products and services

  • Assist with building and maintaining reports that track client, product, and business performance

  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Help improve reporting processes through better organization, documentation, and automation

  • Apply analytics and introductory AI / machine‑learning techniques (e.g., forecasting, pattern detection, anomaly identification) to solve real business problems

  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives

  • Help prepare clear, professional summaries, presentations, or dashboards for leaders

 

What You Bring 

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study 

  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2026 through May 2027) 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
