Are you a first-year university student looking to explore career pathways and want to learn more about the legal industry in Hong Kong?

The HSF Kramer Catalyst Programme is a gateway to understanding the sector, developing personal and professional skills, and kickstarting your network. Over the four-day programme, you will gain meaningful exposure to industry leaders and hear how they have navigated their career, spend time with our clients and community partners and experience how inclusion supports the workplace.

It is suited to those who are interested to join and work at an international firm.
 

Timeline

The Catalyst Programme in Hong Kong will take place from June 8 to 11, 2026, and is open to all first-year students enrolled at a Hong Kong university with local working rights.

Applications will close end of Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM HKT.
