Atividades: Auxiliar na organização de documentos e manuais da qualidade.
Apoiar a realização de auditorias internas e inspeções de produtos.
Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e atualizar quadros de gestão à vista.
Acompanhar tratativas de Não Conformidades (NC) e planos de ação.

Conhecimento básico ou intermediário das Ferramentas da Qualidade.
Domínio básico de metodologias como PDCA, 5S, Diagrama de Ishikawa (Causa e Efeito), Pareto e 5W2H.
Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
