1. Nhập hàng

Kiểm tra nhận hàng, xác nhận chứng từ nhận hàng, kiểm đếm, đối chiếu số lượng

Đưa hàng đã nhận lên kệ theo hướng dẫn

2. Xử lý đơn hàng và đóng gói

Soạn hàng,chứng từ, hàng hóa theo đơn hàng

Thực hiện đóng gói đơn hàng Shopee, Tiktok, … theo hướng dẫn

Hướng dẫn đóng gói đơn hàng cho nhân viên thời vụ

3. Quản lý tồn kho

Kiểm kê, theo dõi số lượng hàng hóa trong kho. Thực hiện kiểm kê kho định kỳ hoặc đột xuất

Giữ gìn bảo quản kiểm tra, theo dõi chất lượng hàng hóa, hạn sử dụng

Thực hiện 5S và sắp xếp gọn gàng hàng hóa

Quan sát, bảo quản hàng hóa tại kho để kịp thời phát hiện những hư hỏng, mất mát nếu có

4. Xử lý hàng trả

Kiểm tra, xử lý các đơn hàng hoàn trả theo hướng dẫn

Thực hiện đống kiểm với đơn vị vận chuyển

5. Xuất hàng

Thực hiện kiểm đếm, bàn giao đơn hàng cho các bên vận chuyển

Giải quyết sự cố khi có sự chênh lệch số lượng đơn hàng
