Scope

  • Support NPI product qualification and proliferation activities
  • Track NPI WIP, lot status, and key milestones
  • Prepare and maintain NPI documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Assist in phase gate readiness and action item follow‑up
  • Support data analysis and basic digitization / process improvement initiatives.

Deliverables

  • Updated NPI trackers and lot status reports
  • Phase gate support materials and action item tracking
  • Data summaries or dashboards to support NPI execution
  • Documented improvement ideas or process observations

Stretch Goal

  • Propose and implement a small automation, digitization, or workflow improvement to reduce manual tracking or improve visibility for NPI execution.

  • New Product Management (NPM)
  • Process / Design Engineering (PDE, CEM, PIE)
  • Manufacturing, Planning, and Test teams

Requirement

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or product lifecycle concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability of technical report writing will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in excel macro, power BI, tableau will be an added advantage.

Internship Duration

  • 3 to 6 months (subject to university program requirements)
