Project Title: 

Description: 

Students in the internship program receive training and hands-on experience solving 3D NAND yield issues using advanced analytics. This prepares them for potential full-time data analysis positions in the semiconductor industry.

Scope: 

In this Project, the Student will learn

  • Probe testing methodology and fail mode understanding
  • Electrical failure to fab process metric relationship identification for process improvement and inline control.
  • Multivariate data analysis and machine learning using Python.

Deliverable: 

  • Multivariate data analysis tool to enable yield opportunity findings

Internship Period/Duration:

Aug - Dec 2026 / 4 - 6 Months
