The Multimedia Team (Backend Development) takes care of the entire media pipeline at Viki from content reception to client delivery, including video processing (encoding, multi-DRM encryption and packaging), cloud storage, multi-CDN management, playback quality control, subtitles update and end-user QoE. The team is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all content on Viki’s platform and the first class watch experience for all users.

Requirements:

• Undergraduates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent fields

• Any prior part-time, internship or personal project experience in software engineering will be a plus

• Passionate about learning new technologies and solving engineering problems

• Able to work for at least 12 weeks on a full-time basis starting May 2026
