About the Role
As a Workplace Experience Intern, you will support the team in driving meaningful employee and client engagement within the workplace. This internship offers exposure to corporate events, community engagement, CSR initiatives, and vendor coordination in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Workplace Experience Manager in planning and executing CSR, internal, and client engagement activities
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and non-profit partners to ensure smooth coordination of event logistics
• Support the ordering and management of F&B, materials, and supplies for various workplace activities
• Help prepare meeting rooms and event spaces to ensure a seamless experience for guests and employees
• Conduct post-event surveys and collate feedback to improve future engagement activities
• Assist in tracking event expenses and maintaining cost reports
• Support other ad-hoc duties related to workplace experience and office operations
About You
• Currently pursuing an education in Events Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail
• Passionate about creating engaging and inclusive workplace experiences
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Keen to learn about event planning, CSR, and workplace culture initiatives within a corporate setting
