  • Immatrikulation in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang (z. B. Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL, International Business etc.) mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Personalmanagement
  • Sehr selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative und offene Art
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
