Tu es le premier sourire que nos clients rencontrent. Accueillant(e) et dynamique, tu transformes chaque interaction en une expérience mémorable. À l’aise en anglais, tu es un(e) véritable ambassadeur(drice) du lifestyle TRIBE et sais créer du lien avec nos clients pour qu’ils se sentent comme chez eux, en mieux !

Vos missions clés :

✔️ Assurer un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé, du check-in au check-out, des clients individuels ou groupe

✔️ Gérer les réservations (réservations en last minute, standard téléphonique) et l’attribution des chambres avec efficacité

✔️ Offrir des recommandations locales et partager les meilleures adresses

✔️ S’assurer du bon déroulement du séjour des clients et répondre à leurs demandes, remontez les feedbacks ou plaintes des clients

✔️ Travailler en coordination avec les autres équipes pour garantir une expérience fluide

✔️ Gérer les transactions et suivre les procédures administratives

✔️ Impliqué dans la commercialisation des prestations TRIBE, vous aimez promouvoir notre restaurant, notre bar et nos animations
