GO General Secretary & Risk: defines the risk management framework and ensures that it is well integrated into the design of our products and procedures in order to promote decision-making in a more secure environment.
GO Transformation: accelerates agile transformation within Group Operations; establishes and implements a human resources, communication and change management strategy common to our entity.

 

GO Strategy, Organization & Processes: GO's strategy team leads the definition and implementation of AXA Group's operational strategy, leads GO's investments, and ensures the successful execution of

 

GO's strategic and critical projects. GO Organization, Processes & Data manages and oversees how we operate across the board at GO: ensuring alignment of our organizational structure with our target operating model, defining and implementing a common methodology for process improvement.

 

GO Finance: GO's finance department directs and monitors GO's strategy: planning, establishing and monitoring budgets, financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements, monitoring cash flow and ensuring strict application of local and international tax rules.

 

 

 

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

 

In this context, you will join the GO CIO department (the Information Systems Department) within AXA Group Operations.

 

Reporting to the GO CIO IT Business Applications Domain Manager, you will actively participate in:

 

  • Deployment of the reorganization of AXA Group Operations within all information systems.
  • Migration of existing interfaces to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Local administration of project management tools, to optimize incident management processes.
  • To the application management of our artificial intelligence tool.
  • Management of the backlog of functional and technical functionalities of Applications
  • Service quality control and incident management
  • Translation of the application strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Identifying and managing product gaps, to generate new ideas that improve process efficiency, user experience, and IT efficiency
  • Definition of the scope and prioritization of activities according to the commercial impact
  • Collaboration with engineering teams (within GO CIO, Global Product or external suppliers) in order to deliver quickly and with optimal resources
  • Compliance with AXA standards of enterprise products (including data security and privacy)
  • Managing the end-of-life of application products through migration, replacement and deactivation plans.

Spécialisation : Systèmes d'information, gestion de projet, intelligence artificielle, ou domaines similaires.

  • Excellentes capacités de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexe.
  • Esprit d'équipe et collaboration proactive.
  • Adaptabilité et flexibilité face aux changements.
  • Sens de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps.

 

Compétences techniques / Hard skills:

  • Connaissance pratique des Applications et des outils de gestion de projet.
  • Compréhension des systèmes d'information et des processus de migration.
  • Compétences de base en gestion des incidents.
  • Familiarité avec les outils d'intelligence artificielle.
  • Capacité à travailler avec des outils informatiques et logiciels variés.
