Technical Customer Support Intern

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Intern to support customer service and sales operations within our gas analyser business.

This internship offers hands‑on experience in quotations, documentation, and customer coordination, and exposure to how Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams work together in a global organisation.

About the Opportunity:

• Prepare spare parts quotations
• Support basic instrument quotations using standard configurations
• Coordinate customer enquiries and quotation responses
• Edit and organise technical documents (PDFs)
• Work closely with Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams

About Your Talent:

• Students or recent graduates in engineering, instrumentation, chemistry, or related fields
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Good attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• No prior work experience required – all we need is a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications:

• Current university student or graduate majoring in Automation, Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation, Instrumentation, Analytical Chemistry, or other related science or engineering disciplines are preferred.

Location: Shanghai – Minhang District

Job Type: Internship – Six Months

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (flexible and can be negotiated depending on student’s university schedule)

Internship Compensation: up to 48,000 RMB per year equivalent (pro-rated to the actual hours worked)
