The role:

Join our Global Ecommerce team to shape the future of eCommerce at Opella as the Global Ecommerce Apprentice — a role focused on strengthening eBrand Protection, driving eInnovation, and supporting ecommerce LT In operational Initiatives. You will collaborate with global & local teams to protect brand equity online, support ePortfolio Initiatives, and contributing to operational projects Including budgeting, global engagement agenda, and being the chief happiness officer for the team.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving eBrand Protection & Online Compliance:

    • Support the rollout and scaling of global eBrand protection initiatives across priority brands.

    • Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders (Legal, Security, Markets) to resolve infringements.

    • Monitor key KPIs (infringements, ROI) from the reports you received from vendor.

    • Contributes to building standardized processes and governance for eBrand protection across markets.

  • Enhancing ePortfolio Performance:

    • Support the optimization of the global eCommerce portfolio across key platforms (e.g., Amazon).

    • Coordinate the implementation of E-commerce projects across countries, in collaboration with the other departments of the company (Packaging, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, Innovation…)

    • Tracking and analyzing the performance and the results of the different digital/e-commerce activations.

    • Gathering and ensuring efficient best practice sharing across countries.

    • Setting up regular competitive benchmarks of latest digital/e-commerce trends.

  • eCommerce Leadership Support & Global Engagement:

    • Support & participate in following up Global E-commerce budget with procurement and finance

    • Support the organization of global engagement initiatives (e.g., townhalls, team communications, offsites).

    • Contribute to fostering a positive and engaging team culture (“Chief Happiness Officer”).
       

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • We are looking for a 24 months apprenticeship, starting between July to September 2026, as part of a Master in Marketing Management or E-commerce in a Business School or University (bac +4/5).

  • A minimum of 3 days per week with the company and two of them in our Neuilly offices.

  • About 12 months experience in Marketing, Project Management or E-commerce roles in an FMCG company would be considered a plus.

  • Confidence working with Excel & PowerPoint and collaboration tools such as Sharepoint & Teams.

  • We are looking for a dynamic and semi-autonomous person who is organized, good analytical thinking and assertive communication skills.

  • Fluent in English, other languages (e.g., French or Spanish) would be a plus
