About the Opportunity:

The Digital IT Intern position is designed for proactive, analytical, and communicative individuals who are passionate about digital technology and consumer healthcare. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the execution of our digital initiatives and support the regional Digital IT team in various critical activities.

This position involves working closely with the regional Digital IT Lead and collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing & Supply. The Digital IT Intern will be based in the Barcelona, specifically focusing on our operations in Multicountry European Zones (WEU).

Key Responsibilities:

1- Project Support:

Assist with ongoing projects and tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports as required.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.

2- Administrative Tasks:

Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.

Assist with organizing and maintaining project documentation.

Prepare presentations and other materials for meetings and events.

3- Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Assist with internal and external correspondence.

Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare summaries for distribution.

4- Learning and Development:

Actively participate in training sessions and workshops.

Seek opportunities to learn about the industry and develop new skills.

Take initiative to understand the company’s operations and culture.

5- Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to achieve project goals.

Provide support to other departments as needed.

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in English (one of the following German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Dutch are an advantage)
  • Availability: Part-time (30 hours per week) with the possibility of continuing studies.
