Your missions :

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre activité RH, nous recherchons un·e alternant·e motivé·e et rigoureux·se pour accompagner une de nos Global HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) sur un large spectre de missions généralistes sur un périmètre international. 

Vos missions :  
Sous la supervision de la Global HRBP fonctions support et Franchises Marketing, vous participerez activement à la gestion et au déploiement des processus RH, en lien avec les équipes locales et internationales :
Recrutement : rédaction d’offres, présélection des candidatures, coordination logistique des entretiens.
Gestion des familles de métiers : structuration, mise à jour et suivi des job families.
Pilotage des processus RH annuels : appui sur les campagnes de plan de développement, revues de rémunération, etc.
Suivi et reporting RH : production et analyse des KPIs RH, aide à la préparation de tableaux de bord pour la direction.
Projets transverses : participation à des projets de transformation  

 

Your profile :

Formation : 
 Vous préparez un Master RH ou équivalent (bac+4/5) dans une école de commerce ou université et vous recherchez une alternance (idéalement pour 2 ans) dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines.
Compétences requises : 
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
Vous comprenez les grands process RH et leur rôle stratégique dans une organisation
Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre rigueur, votre  esprit analytique et votre esprit d’équipe.
Vous êtes curieux·se, proactif·ve, et avez envie d’apprendre dans un environnement exigeant et bienveillant.
