YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

 

The Group Procurement Division defines AXA’s purchasing strategy, its guidelines, and Group standards. It manages relationships with our strategic suppliers and accelerates business-specific procurement.

 

In this context, you will report to the Group Procurement Chief of Staff and your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Community Management

    • You will manage an international internal community dedicated to the Procurement family within the AXA Group (about 400 members)

    • A specific section for the Group Procurement division(about 100 people)

 

  • Internal Communication

    • Develop an editorial calendar aligned with key moments of the Procurement community

    • Draft a quarterly newsletter for the Procurement community

    • Animate a community of “Ambassadors,” who act as information relays within entities

    • Suggest communication actions to promote the communities (Development, Information sharing, events)

    • Develop documentation for the professional family or the department (Who’s who, Organization chart, Onboarding pack, etc.)

 

  • Change Management Support

    • Develop and regularly update user guides/documentation, ensuring they are easy to read and understand

    • Assess obstacles to community adoption and propose action plans to address them

    • Provide support to Category Managers to animate their own expert communities (graphics, content creation on our SharePoint Communication, etc.)

 

  • Community Site

    • Manage access requests

    • Review the format of pages on our community site to make them clearer and easier to understand, and update them regularly

    • Organize content and documents

    • Create and enrich FAQs

    • Monitor key figures for the communities

 

Depending on availability and your willingness to learn, ad hoc projects may be assigned to you.

  • The ability to animate an international internal community
  • The main levers for change management support
  • The use of Microsoft SharePoint

 

YOUR PROFILE

Education: Business School (HEC, ESSEC, etc.), Communication School (CELSA, ISCOM, etc.), University (Dauphine, Sorbonne, etc.), from Bachelor’s to Master’s level (Bac+3 to Bac+5)

 

Ideal work-study rhythm: 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at school or 3 days / 2 days
