Brief team/department description:

 

We are looking for a marketing intern to join our pharmaceutical marketing team for a 6-to-9-month term. The Marketing Intern will provide administrative and project support, help create marketing materials, and collaborate to support brand strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We're looking for someone eager to learn, with strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare marketing.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team
  • Help format and organize presentations 
  • Coordinate and maintain materials
  • Support monitoring of campaigns
  • Gather and organize information from internal and external sources
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a regulated healthcare environment
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Business, Science or Communications concentration preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and professionally
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • Interest in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences marketing
 
Requirements
  • Approximately 20 hours per week, $20 per hour.
  • Remote with occasional in office hours (preferred cities of Boston, Atlanta, Raleigh)
