Brief team/department description:
- Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team
- Help format and organize presentations
- Coordinate and maintain materials
- Support monitoring of campaigns
- Gather and organize information from internal and external sources
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a regulated healthcare environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Business, Science or Communications concentration preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and professionally
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Interest in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences marketing
- Approximately 20 hours per week, $20 per hour.
- Remote with occasional in office hours (preferred cities of Boston, Atlanta, Raleigh)
