Business Amnesty Project Hiring— In Action
Mayor Gumbs and the City of South Fulton will also begin activating the official hiring process for the Business Amnesty Project, expanding access to resources across the city. Collegiate hires will directly support the intake and processing of related requests—accelerating response times and ensuring we meet community needs at scale. Positions will run for 10 weeks this summer from April – June. 

Virtual interviews will be conducted. Selected students will be paid a stipend and have the ability to work up to 30 hours per week in an assigned City office. This is workforce development with real, immediate civic impact.

Eligibility
Collegiate Sophomore, Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate students

Must have a valid transcript or proof of enrollment

Customer service skills 

 

Education

Degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Urban Planning, or a related field.


Skills
Demonstrated attention to detail; strong analytical abilities; effective verbal communication skills; high level of professionalism; dependable transportation; and flexibility to adapt to varying needs and priorities.

Schedule
Up to 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
