We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our Supply Chain Management team in our Leawood, Kansas headquarters office. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced supply chain professionals in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. You will support day-to-day inventory management activities, contribute to operational reporting, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency across our supply chain. 

  

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze inventory data in Excel to support replenishment decisions, identify slow-moving or excess stock, and flag potential shortages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and commercial planning to resolve supply issues
  • Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings by preparing data summaries and operational updates
  • Document process workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key inventory and operations KPIs

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience or coursework involving Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as inventory turnover, safety stock, and demand variability
  • Prior internship or project experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field
