The Role & Our Team
This internship role is part of our design team for Latin America and focused on designing architectural lighting projects for multiple sectors. This role reports to the Project Design Leader for Latin America. Your key stakeholders will be our customers, the commercial team, the product team and the rest of the design team.
This role is on the Commercial Operations team for Latin America. Our goals as a team are to design competitive and accurate solutions for customers and transform opportunities into orders, partnering with commercial and operational teams to win projects. We enjoy working together and supporting each other to fulfill our customers’ and projects’ needs.

Day in the Life & Key Responsibilities
Your time will be primarily spent participating in the development of architectural lighting projects. These will be your core activities and responsibilities:
- Work and process CAD floor plans.
- Create and analyze lighting solutions through models and simulations.
- Communicate and discussprojectsdevelopment with internal teams and customers.
Success will be measured by project outcomes and periodical feedback.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role should be a student enrolled in an architecture or lighting design program, with a strong eagerness to learn. You should possess technical skills such as creative problem-solving, proficiency in CAD software, and Microsoft Office (basic Excel, Word and PowePoint), along with basic understanding of English. Additionally, you should have a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, commitment, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
