Data Engineering Intern – KRDW Development

Reports To: Business Intelligence & Data Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Assist in building foundational components of the KIOTI Reporting Data Warehouse (KRDW), including data modeling, staging, and documentation.


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Support development of staging and dimensional tables in SQL Server
  • Assist with data extraction and transformation processes
  • Document data sources, mappings, and business logic
  • Perform data validation and quality checks
  • Help maintain data dictionary and metadata documentation


 

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
  • Basic SQL required
  • Understanding of databases or ETL concepts preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
