Data Analyst Intern – Dealer Insights & Data Quality

Department: Data Science 

Reports To: Business Intelligence & Data Manager

Location: Wendell, NC

Position Status: Internship

FLSA Status: Hourly / Non-Exempt

Management Level: Non-Management

 

JOB SUMMARY

Support development of dealer performance insights and data quality monitoring dashboards to improve reporting accuracy and business decision-making.


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Analyze dealer, sales, and territory data from Salesforce and other sources
  • Identify data inconsistencies, missing values, and reporting gaps
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize:
  • Dealer status accuracy
  • Territory alignment
  • Data completeness
  • Support VOC (Voice of Customer) data summarization and reporting
  • Assist in documenting KPI definitions and reporting logic


 

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Pursuing degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Experience with Excel and Power BI preferred
  • Basic SQL knowledge a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
