Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Product Intern to support our Product & Partnerships team. This role is execution-focused, with an emphasis on workflow coordination, product setup, and maintaining quality and consistency across our product builds.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations, helping ensure information is accurate, workflows are moving, and outputs meet Kensington’s standards.

What You’ll Do

Product Build & Setup Support

  • Prepare, format, and proofread service briefs for new and existing itineraries
  • Source, organize, and upload images into internal systems
  • Support product setup while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Research & Development Support

  • Conduct destination and itinerary research to support new builds and refreshes
  • Synthesize research into clear, structured inputs for the Product team
  • Assist with updating and maintaining existing product content

Workflow & Inbox Management

  • Triage incoming requests from Destination Experts (DEs), DMC partners, and internal teams
  • Track requests, manage workflows, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Draft clear, concise responses and summaries for internal review

Reporting & Feedback Support

  • Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking and reporting
  • Assist in building feedback loops across internal teams, partners, and customer insights
  • Help identify trends and summarize insights to support product improvements

What You Bring

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured templates (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Excellent written communication skills, including drafting, summarizing, and proofreading content
  • Ability to work efficiently without losing structure or quality
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative within established processes
  • Interest in travel; well-travelled or comfortable researching destinations and synthesizing information
