What you’ll be doing:   

  • Under direct supervision, assist, prepare, complete and self-review assigned tasks in an efficient manner within allotted time frames. 

  • Document procedures performed, findings or other issues, draft/compile work papers, reports and client correspondence. 

  • Monitor workload and billable hours on a weekly basis. 

  • Communicate with supervisor any obstacles or items of concern. 

  • Comply with the professional and Firm requirements (e.g., employee handbook requirements, time entry procedures), quality control document requirement, confidentiality requirements related to client, proposal, personnel, and job-related information. 

  • Attend and actively engage in training sessions or meetings as required.  

  • Maintain a positive attitude and be receptive to feedback. 

  • If applicable, prepare for and take the eligible certification(s) at available opportunity. 

We’re looking for someone who has:   

  • Have the availability to work in an in office setting for a minimum of 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week during business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm; Monday – Friday)  

  • Live in commutable distance to your assigned office  

  • Ability to complete the entire Summer Internship Program starting on June 8, 2026 

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, MBA (or related field) 

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future   

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:   

  • Final Graduation of December 2026 through September 2025   

  • Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)   

  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word    

  • Experience in Canva or other graphic design platforms 

  • Strong time management and organizational skills   

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team   

  • Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
