Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire qui sera responsable de l’un de nos projets philanthropiques majeurs pour notre division — Heart to Paws. Le/la stagiaire sera chargé(e) de la mise en œuvre de l’ensemble de la campagne, incluant la stratégie de recrutement des refuges et des cliniques vétérinaires, la stratégie de contenu, la création de courriels, de pages Web et de contenu pour les médias sociaux, ainsi que l’organisation logistique des dons recueillis !

Dans ce rôle, vos projets comprendront également :

  • Rédiger des articles destinés aux communications internes

  • Effectuer des mises à jour et des modifications au calendrier de contenu des communications internes

  • Soutenir le développement de campagnes d’engagement interne sous divers formats

  • Effectuer des recherches sur des sujets liés à l’industrie vétérinaire

  • Réaliser des tâches de base en conception graphique (p. ex. création de visuels miniatures)

Compétences requises:

  • Excellentes compétences en communication (verbale et écrite) et compétences en présentation.

  • La maîtrise du français est requise.

  • Étudiant à temps plein dans une université canadienne reconnue au moment de la candidature.

  • Disponible du début mai à la fin août 2026.

  • Disponible pour travailler dans un environnement de travail hybride au siège sociale à Kirkland, Québec.

We are looking for an intern who will be in charge of one of our major philanthropic projects for our division – Heart to Paws. The intern will be responsible for implementing the entire campaign, from the recruitment strategy for shelters and veterinary clinics, content strategy, development of emails, web pages, and social media content, to the logistical organization of collected donations!

In this role your projects would also consist of:

  • Write articles for internal communications purposes

  • Make edits and updates to our internal communications content calendar

  • Support the development of internal engagement campaigns of various formats

  • Research on topics related to the veterinary industry

  • Some very basic graphic design work (ie. creation of thumbnail visual)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in French is required.

  • Must be a full-time student in a recognized Canadian university at the time of application.

  • Must be available for the entire summer internship mandate from May to August 2026.

  • Available to work in a hybrid work environment at our Canadian HQ in Kirkland, Quebec.
